THE COMPANY

Regional Consulting— a company that grew out of a desire to provide the best service in the industry. In 2005, a group of dynamic entrepreneurs used their deep experience in healthcare staffing to create an energetic new company with a commitment to go beyond the old, regimented methods of staffing to respond effectively to the needs of healthcare clients who need help with medical staff coverage.

Regional Consulting was established by creative minds to respond to the problems they had observed in previous staffing assignments. By creating a structure to satisfy the needs of both the provider and the client—a no-risk partnership based on a contingency contract—Regional Consulting ensures that staffing needs are met by qualified professionals.

Located in Dallas, Texas, the company's central location gives our recruiters access to the great medical communities in the United States. With a company philosophy based on personal service to the clients and the providers, Regional Consulting is quickly building a reputation for dependability and integrity in the staffing industry around the country.

WHAT WE DO

Regional Consulting matches anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and radiologists with healthcare facilities, such as hospitals, anesthesiology groups and radiology groups, surgery centers, imaging centers and private practices, who need locum tenens staffing to cover shortages that may range from a day to a year or longer.

Because Regional Consulting stresses personal interaction, we scan our extensive pool of anesthesiologists, radiologists, and CRNAs to find the best match for each facility.

We make the professional placements as easy as possible for both the healthcare professional and the client by assisting with travel and housing arrangements as needed, gathering needed documents for obtaining privileges, expediting the licensing process through our contacts with the state boards, and verifying the requirements of each facility.

We assist with all credentialing requirements and provide malpractice insurance through Evanston Insurance, a leading national firm in the medical liability field.
