GENERAL INFORMATION

To begin the process of registering for our service, please contact our office directly or fill out the form found on this website and we will contact you. We will then ask you a series of questions to determine your current staffing needs and the possible future needs your facility may have.

Once we have analyzed your needs and you have signed the contingency contract, a Senior Consultant from our firm will begin the search for the best-suited candidate for your needs. We will present several choices for your approval and based upon your selection we will send you a form that details the coverage dates, logistical information about travel and lodging, the salary, and any other information you might need.

We will ensure that the necessary paperwork is completed and returned to you in a timely manner. If your scheduling needs change, contact your Senior Consultant and the changes will be expedited.

We know how rapidly conditions can change in healthcare so a time may come when you find you no longer need the coverage, contact your Senior Consultant as quickly as possible because we need a 30-day notice of termination.
